Avante Medispa's Policies & Procedures

Credit Card Policy: A current credit card is required to hold appointments. We insure that your information is held in a secure location that only senior accounting management has access to.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hour notice of cancellation for a single booked appointment and a 48 hour notice for multiple bookings. Group appointments require a 72 hour cancellation notice. Clients who "no show" (do not show/do not call) and clients who cancel on the day of their appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment.

Minors: In order to maintain an atmosphere of relaxation for all other clients, and due to safety and insurance liabilities, children are not allowed to accompany you during your scheduled appointments. Children are also not permitted to wait in the lobby without adult supervision while you receive treatments and services. Avante staff will no longer be responsible for unattended children.
